Were named Agents of the year. Our founders and leaders Kerri and Rob Stewart again put on an event that we will regale our ancestors with stories and songs of our time together.

Everyone needs a presentation from Bonnie with Chubb, along with dozens of immature Chubb jokes, she also gives travel tips that only an insurance specialist can give. This years favorite is pack a door stop, placed under a hotel door (on the inside) will slow anyone trying to get in your room and on a cruise ship placed under any rattling door will keep it quiet all night. We also got to spend some time with Lionel from Azamara, we got info on Margaritaville and other Orlando rental properties With Barbara with Rentyl. Cruising with Amy from Royal Caribbean, Joe Leone of Silver Sea’s, Virgin, Cathy with Atlas. We heard more about adventure cruising this year as the cruise lines see that as an emerging market. Both Poles, Alaska and the Galapagos will be marketed heavy this year. We also enjoyed presentations from Sandals, Sandos and some French lessons from Club Med, yes they are still here and it’s not your uncles and his future ex wife’s Club Med any more.
The Biggest news was that Creating Magic Vacations was once again named a Disney “Ear Marked” agency the 6th largest in North Florida and earned “Gold” status. Our Favorite Disney person Bruce, once again gave us the great news.

When we met in Jan 2021 Disney World had been reopened since mid July 2020, no cruise lines were sailing, DisneyLand was not open and the outlook for the travel industry was not bright. The vaccine was starting to look real, large parts of the country were still not fully reopened and there was nary a variant to be found. This year 2022, the Travel industry is optimistic and realistic, those 2 things taken together make for some strange possibilities. Some cruise and hotel suppliers are being aggressive in their pricing. I have seen deals unlike I have ever seen before, others like Las Vegas and Florida are pricing like Covid never happened and the prices keep going up even as service (daily room cleaning, open hotel restaurants) decline. It’s time like these that you need a professional to help navigate the good bad and ugly of today’s travel. Like the folks who traveled with me in 2021, I will look after you and keep you informed about all the current conditions and protocols.
When the party’s over. Some last thoughts. While I’m so happy and proud of my high achieving coworkers, I am disappointed I didn’t join them on stage this year. With your continued support I hope to share the stage again next year, I can only do that with your help and recommendations. So lets go and raise the bar in 2022!
